DOEprojekts

DOEprojekts was founded in 2010 by Deborah Adams Doering.

Doering's vision for DOEprojekts includes inviting artists, artist groups, and other professionals, to collaborate on large scale installations, performative works, and social practice works that use cultural Coreforms and Keywords as a point of departure.

"DOE" is a surname that is often used by English-speaking people to indicate "every person." Participants in DOEprojekts, both groups and individuals, are listed by name.

DOEprojekts has an ongoing collaboration with the Keiskamma Art Project (KAP), South Africa. In 2012, DOE + KAP performed "JUST US AT WORK" a 100-day art action parallel to dOCUMENTA 13 in the Offices of Justice (Amtsgericht) in Kassel, Germany.

Glenn N. Doering became a permanent collaborator in 2013. Together, Deborah and Glenn developed DOEprojekts.org as a platform for experiences and artifacts related to art and culture.

In 2014, DOEprojekts was awarded the maximum grant by the Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events (DCASE), Chicago.
